I tried to incorporate all of the holiday and closing information from the NYSE at http://www.nyse.com/pdfs/closings.pdf

I reformatted all of the data so it could be read more easily.

The reformatted tables are listed below.  Each page is about 5 MB so they will take awhile to download, especially with a slow connection speed.
